Charlie Nicol

Charlie became part of the Agemaspark team in 2025, starting a Level 6-degree apprenticeship in Mechanical Manufacture that will lead to a BEng qualification.

He studied at Doncaster UTC, where he completed his Level 3 Engineering Diploma, Product Design, and Further Maths, achieving excellent results that reflect his strong technical ability and commitment to learning. Charlie also gained first-hand insight into life at Agemaspark during a work experience placement, where he impressed with his enthusiasm and determination.

Now embarking on the next stage of his engineering journey, Charlie is building the practical skills and experience to support his long-term career in advanced manufacturing.
