Nathan Bushrod

Nathan joined Agemaspark in 2024 as our first degree apprentice, beginning a five-year programme with the AMRC Training Centre in Rotherham to achieve a Level 6 Manufacturing Engineer degree.

A Doncaster native from Kirk Sandall, Nathan studied at Hungerhill School before completing a Level 3 Diploma in Engineering at Doncaster UTC. He first came to Agemaspark on work experience in 2023, impressing the team with his enthusiasm and strong aptitude for engineering.

During his first year, Nathan is completing a 38-week block of intensive training covering machining, CNC programming, and business improvement. Alongside his studies, he is developing his practical skills with us and contributing to a range of innovative projects.

Nathan’s apprenticeship reflects both his commitment to learning and Agemaspark’s dedication to nurturing future engineering talent.
