Agemaspark has had a long-established relationship with various sectors of this industry with the development of process for manufacturing or in the R&D with the emphasise on the difficult to produce problems and the one offs or small quantities for trials.

The medical product we produce came about by our ability to supply a component in titanium for the use in an in-body procedure. Agemaspark were able to prove we could produce these parts with higher quality and more cost effectively than their current Japanese supplier.

Agemaspark’s involvement in the plastic moulding industry goes back many years. We currently supply new mould tooling and modification operations to at least 6 local moulding companies and we offer a full maintenance and repair facility for all.

Our modern machining facility here at AGEMASPARK allows us to offer a large variety of manufacturing disciplines to a broad base of industries such as the aerospace to the medical and plastics to exotic materials for single one-off items.

The oil industry has been part of our operation for the last 8 years where we have gained a lot of experience in machining the likes of Inconel 718 and the stainless steels used throughout the industry.

AGEMASPARK has over the years developed repartition for designing bespoke automation solutions for many areas of industry. Our association with a leading machine tool manufacturer HARDINGE we have several automation projects operational in various parts of the country.
