Agemaspark apprentice Harvey Smith has been shortlisted for Apprentice of the Year Award and the company has been shortlisted in the Manufacturing Future Talent category at the Insider Made in Yorkshire Awards to be held in March at The Royal Armouries in Leeds.<\/p>\n
The Apprentice of the Year Award recognises an individual apprentice in a manufacturing company of any sector and size. The individual must be enrolled in a formal apprenticeship, traineeship programme or vocational degree course.<\/p>\n
The Manufacturing Future Talent Award is for the employer\u2019s apprenticeship or other training schemes that the judges decide is the most beneficial. This award will recognise the manufacturing business that has done the most to further the cause of apprenticeships and general training and upskilling of its staff in the view of the judges.<\/p>\n
