In the video Paul shares his experience of growing his precision engineering firm by growing his own talent through the apprenticeship scheme. He explains how this enabled him to ensure that his employees have exactly the right skills for the job.
Impressively Paul’s first ever apprentices are now senior managers with the firm. He’s achieved his mission of building and growing his business for future success.
